Hat In A Box | 2019

a quiet rebellion

Every night after work, he sits on the edge of his king-size bed, takes off his crown, and puts it in a little box. The box is so small that the precious stones become loose and fall out.

With a grin on his face and biting his lips, he watches them sink to the bottom, slowly drowning in a gooey tar and losing their shine for good. What a rebel!
